Professor Himanshu Rai serves as the Director of IIM Indore.
He previously held positions as the Dean of SDA Bocconi India campus and a Professor at SDA Bocconi, Milan.He has taught at IIM Lucknow and XLRI.
Prior to his academic career, he worked for over 8 years at Tata Steel, where he contributed significantly to Quality Systems and the Communication Policy.
Professor Rai authored the bestselling book “Negotiation” and delivered a TEDx talk on “Ethical Leadership: Lessons from the Vedas.”His latest book, “Organizational Behavior,” is co-authored with Steven McShane and Mary Ann Von Glinow.
